Five Things...I Love

This is the first of my 5 THINGS post series. I won't be posting them one after another, but it will be a theme I'll use over the year.

ONE: People
Smiling people. Strangers. Watching cute couples in public, adorable kids, people smiling as they read a book...oblivious to the world around them, pregnant women sitting somewhere and eating random food, just people holding hands, laughing, dancing...living.
People

TWO: Music
People going to and fro with earphones trailing from their ears, especially the people who put on in and leave the other one hanging down and it swings as they walk. They people who start mouthing the words to a song, though they're trying not to sing along in public. People who hear their favorite song come on the PA system in a coffee shop and their whole body seems to brighten and they try and contain their love of the song but pretty soon they're swaying happily in line and its all they can do to keep from dancing. When cars pull up beside you as a light and you can hear their radio and you try and figure out what song they're listening to and who they are. When your favorite song comes on and you feel alive.
Music

THREE: Books
Paper backs fresh from the bookshop with their glossy covers, crisp pages,
stiff spines, and oh so heavenly new-book-smell! Old dusty books in dimly lit
bookshops that smell of ages and history and dust. Bright picture books, the ones with beautiful illustrations, and smiling children peeking around the cover. Little girls in libraries carrying stacks of books taller they they are. Teenage boys sitting on a park bench or lounging on stone steps, their entire focus on the book in front of them, oblivious to the world. College age girls spilling out of the doors of a bookshop, coffee and bags of new books in their hands, their laughter carrying in the air. How there is a book for everyone, if they care to look.
Books

FOUR: Rain
How it is both calming and energizing. Either you want to curl up with a book and a cup of blackberry tea or you want to run and dance and you end up laughing in the kitchen ans you dance and slid around in your socks while muffins bake in the oven behind you. People rushing to and fro with umbrellas. Have you ever looked down on a sidewalk on a rainy day? People SHARING umbrellas or casting them off all together to run and dance in the rain. Racing and spinning around and around and around in the rain with your friends, laughing and not even caring who sees you.
Rain

FIVE: Blogging
The awesome community, people coming together and helping each other and making new friends. Tags, Collab Posts, bonding over favorite shows and books. Logging into your account and seeing a new comment. Beauty and lifestyle bloggers, book and writing bloggers, fandom bloggers...

Introductions

I'd like to introduce myself to all of you, my distinguished guests.

My name is Natasha Hart, though I often go by Tasha.

A little about me?

I'm 19,
a Ravenclaw,
an INTJ/INFJ,
a night owl,
a coffee lover,
and someone who wants to travel the world.

But don't we all?

I love poetry
And chocolate
And Marvel
And Chick flicks
And laughing
And dancing
And the rainy days where you sit by the window with a warm mug and a book

Actually, I like any rainy day.

I am also a amateur writer.

Which is why this blog was created.

So that I can share my stories process with you and maybe when I'm a famous author someday, we'll look back at this blog and laugh.

Or cry.

Depends on how bad it is.

Can you believe Natasha Hart wrote this garbage? *laughs*

Or something like that.

Enjoy your stay!
